This Pre-K program is open to all three- and four-year-old children who live in the City of Philadelphia. Enrollment is also encouraged for children from families experiencing homelessness, English Language Learners and children with special needs. The City of Philadelphia has a vision to provide access to quality programming to 5,500 children by 2023 and to develop an integrated system of universally accessible early learning services for Philadelphia families.
